Access to videos on-demand for 3 weeks post-conference (for online participation)
Cancellation Policy

By April 26, 2025 (midnight): 50% refund minus 70€ for administrative fees.

Starting April 27, 2025: No refund.

Refund will occur after the end of the congress.
Modification Policy

Online to In-Person Upgrade: Charged the difference between the two prices.

In-person to Online Downgrade: No refund.

Delegate Substitution: No charge. An authorization letter for the transfer signed by the registered delegate should be sent 2 days prior the event’s starting days.
