Participants are entitled to:

  • Attend all scientific presentations

  • Receive certificates of attendance

  • Get the book of abstracts

  • Access the coffee breaks and buffet lunches (for in-person participation)

  • Access to videos on-demand for 3 weeks post-conference (for online participation)


Cancellation Policy

  • By April 26, 2025 (midnight): 50% refund minus 70€ for administrative fees.

  • Starting April 27, 2025: No refund.

  • Refund will occur after the end of the congress.

Modification Policy

  • Online to In-Person Upgrade: Charged the difference between the two prices. 

  • In-person to Online Downgrade: No refund.

  • Delegate Substitution: No charge.  An authorization letter for the transfer signed by the registered delegate should be sent 2 days prior the event’s starting days.

** Bank transfers payments will incur additional €19 fees. Please contact the administrative secretariat.
